“Wholeness is not achieved by cutting off a portion of one’s being, but by integration of the contraries.”
All my life I have been drawn to work which supports and connects people to themselves, to each other and to the natural world.
I will work with you towards finding balance and wellbeing by feeling met, heard and validated.
This process offers the development of personal resources towards a more vital and resilient way of being in the world and therefore a more fulfilling and nourishing life.
I believe the benefit of this not only enriches us personally but benefits all our relationships and our wider communities, a 'ripple effect.'
I offer talking therapy, nature therapy and arts for wellbeing sessions. Each process is uniquely considered to whatever best fits you and we negotiate this journey together.
I am an integrative practitioner combining a formal therapeutic training from London based 'ReVision Counselling and Psychotherapy' with my background as a combined arts practitioner.
The creative and integrative training with 'ReVision' enables me to draw on a wide spectrum of therapeutic models including Jungian, Gestalt, Psychodynamic and Person centred approaches; whilst offering expressive arts and nature connection as a way to work with therapeutic themes and support health, wellness and healing.

I work indoors and outdoors and offer online and telephone sessions. I work with individuals and groups.
Therapeutic processes include:
- Nature therapy
- Arts for wellbeing work
I have a therapy room in Llanidloes Powys for 'face to face' work, COVID safety is in practice.
I am happy to discuss the various options I offer via telephone if you are unsure. This is a free 30min call, see my mobile number below.
Alongside my freelance practice I am a part time psychotherapeutic counsellor with NHS Powys Primary Mental Health Team.
My background profession as a multi-discipline performing arts practitioner has spanned 20 years.
I have taught people of all ages and experiences, created & directed performances & run my company 'Zu Aerial Dance' during this period.
All these experiences have formed and inform my practice style as a creative, intuitive therapeutic counsellor.
I am very grateful for that opportunity.
I am a mother, wife and sister. I love to walk in sun or windswept rain, dance, grow plants and work with natural foraged materials. I love my work.
Diversity and uniqueness is welcomed and celebrated within my practice.
