Service Description

This session is about nourishment and healing of self which will help you to ground and resource you and offer clarity and energetic clearing. Sessions would include: Mesa Shamanic Stone Healing- an animist and shamanic processing working with medicine stones and inner journey work. There is minimal speaking in this work, this is somatic and energetic soul retrieval towards claiming and reclaiming all soul parts and healing ancestral trauma. These practices were gifted to the West by the Q'ero Incan tradition. I honour all elders past, present and future for tending these medicine practices.
